三乙醇胺的制備方法

方法一:
Method 1:
將環氧乙烷、氨水送入反應器中,在反應溫度30-40℃,反應壓力70.9-304kPa下,進行縮合反應生成一、二、三乙醇胺混合液,在90-120℃下經脫水濃縮后,送入三個減壓精餾塔進行減壓蒸餾,按不同沸點截取餾分,則可得純度達99%的一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺和三乙醇胺成品。在反應過程中,如加大環氧乙烷比例,則二、三乙醇胺生成比例增大,可提高二、三乙醇胺的收率。
Ethylene oxide and ammonia water are sent into the reactor. Under the reaction temperature of 30-40 ℃ and the reaction pressure of 70.9-304kPa, the condensation reaction is carried out to produce a mixture of monoethanolamine, diethanolamine and triethanolamine. After dehydration and concentration at 90-120 ℃, the mixture is sent to three vacuum distillation towers for vacuum distillation. Fractions are cut according to different boiling points, and the finished products of monoethanolamine, diethanolamine and triethanolamine with purity of 99% can be obtained. In the reaction process, if the proportion of ethylene oxide is increased, the proportion of diethylamine and triethanolamine will increase, which can improve the yield of diethylamine and triethanolamine.
精制方法:工業品的三乙醇胺含量在80%以上,其余含有1.0%以下的水,2.5%以下的乙醇胺和15%的二乙醇胺以及少量的聚乙二醇等雜質。精制時用水蒸氣蒸餾除去乙醇胺,加入氫氧化鈉使三乙醇胺成堿金屬鹽而析出,分離后中和,再進行減壓蒸餾得純品。
